REFUND POLICY

With any medical procedure there is no guarantee of results and outcomes. Every patient is different, and no treatment plan is an exact science. Although we make every effort to ensure that your aesthetic outcome is achieved, we can never guarantee the results of the treatment provided.

As a guest in the Parlour, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee for any procedure that is performed. Once treatment has been provided, as well as use of product and time, no refund will be provided. This is non-negotiable.

CANCELATION POLICY

A 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies for all appointments. Failing to attend an appointment or cancellation within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.

DEPOSITS

Tailored Outcomes and Packages require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This will be subtracted from the cost of treatment on the day. Failure to attend appointment or cancellation within 24 hours will result in this amount being forfeited.
