For the health and safety of all of our guests, all medical aesthetic treatments require a Skin Discovery Session prior to commencing a service.

Upon commencing a Skin Discover Session, your Skin Artisan, may suggest a different plan than one single treatment or set package. Based on your overall skin concern we may recommend a combination of treatments and/or skin care that is better suited for your individual needs.
As we continue your treatments we may suggest a different modality of treatment. Regardless of the treatment being done, the package price for the intended outcome will not change in the number of treatments quoted on.
Everyone is beautifully unique, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but we can promise an improvement. Please note that expectations of outcomes can also differ. Let’s talk!

refund policy
With any medical aesthetics procedure there is no guarantee of results and outcomes. Every patient is different, and no treatment plan is an exact science. Although we make every effort to ensure that your aesthetic outcome is achieved, we can never guarantee the results of the treatment provided.
As a guest at the Parlour, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee for any procedure that is performed. Once treatment has been provided, as well as use of product and time, no refund will be provided. We cannot offer exceptions.
booking appointments
Please be courteous when making a treatment as last minute cancellations or no shows can be detrimental for our business, by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other guests to miss out on their preferable times such as evenings & weekends.
cancellation policy
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all appointments. Failing to attend an appointment or cancellation within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.
If a package or series of treatments has already been purchased, one treatment service will be removed from the bundle.
deposits
Tailored outcomes, packages, and memberships require a $100 deposit at time of booking or first months payment. This will be removed from the cost of the first treatment. Failure to attend an appointment or cancellation within 24 hours will result in this refund being forfeited.
